Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Important: To be eligible for a return, items must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to start your return:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Provide the reason for your return
- Receive your return authorization and shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided label
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or variant. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Note: Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
